rapid  diagnostic test against trypanosomosis: The VerY Diag

                 

     

VerY Diag, the first rapid field test for the diagnosis of bovine trypanosomosis, represents a major advance. It results from years of collaboration with a number of partners (GALVmed, CIRAD, University  of Bordeaux…), whom we want to thank.

VerY Diag responds to the need in the field of those concerned with animal health, particularly in Africa, where this disease is a major scourge for cattle farmers and is also presents a zoonotic risk.

Ceva  Animal health has been a leader of  innovation in Africa for many years and wants to arm veterinary practicioners, technicians and farmers with a rational base to combat trypanosomosis. The provision of VerY Diag contributes directly to our mission: « Together Beyond Animal health » by giving field professionals the opportunity to diagnose this disease which has a huge impact  on animal health and the livelihood of  cattle owners.
